Plugins Rubberleash

- Fix parent atom drop down not refreshing when atoms are changed
- Fix default controller set to "object" instead of "control"
- Restore settings from last scene load when reloading the plugin

Fix incorrect rotation being restored

- Trigger to record current position (e.g. "attach" a free object during an animation without knowing it's position in advance)
