When I 1st Got Vam, the actual 1st thing I did is go to the Hub and search for this. A functional working Belt/Strap asset with physics based movement and functionality. It was not there 
... the closest thing on the Hub to this was the DJsoapyknuckles Flogger Item. and that item is good. It has similar working to what i was looking for. But, its a multi tailed flogger. I needed a Strap. I make BDSM/Spanking content, and you need to have a strap belt, that looks convincing for scenes. So my journey began then, and after multiple iterations, failures, frustrations, realizing I have no idea what im doing and had to learn how to do this and it was not as simple as i thought, Finally, after 1 year and a half of building my skills for this, I have done it. and this is magical. it works just like a real strap. you can even stand a few feet away from the model in VR and aim and strike from a distance with accuracy and repetition, works well in all VAM scenarios, animation and play VR and desktop. its badass, Im so happy to upload this to the community and i hope its cherished and used well. . . . "Edit" - - still scrape the preset. it actually works really well. after using it the last few days, I find if the physics are getting out of hand to lower the max velocity to something really low like 1 or below, and raise it till it finds a nice balance.
