MilkingMachine User Guide
Attach the left and right cups to a character, then adjust machine operation, skin deformation, hoses, liquid effects, and audio.Flow rates and capacity values are for visual effects only.
1. Getting Started
- Create an Empty Atom.
- Add MilkingMachine.cslist to it.
- Wait for the machine to appear.
- Use the Empty’s gizmo to position the machine.
- Under Cups → Person, select the target character.
2. Attaching the Cups
Configure each cup separately in the Cups tab. Left and Right refer to the character’s sides.Button / OptionDescriptionAttach Left nippleAttaches the left cup to its designated skin vertexAttach Right nippleAttaches the right cup to its designated skin vertexLeft / Right attachedAttachment state of each cupDetach Left / RightDetaches the selected cupLeft / Right cup sizeAdjusts cup sizeLeft / Right surface offset mmAdjusts the distance from the attachment surface
If a cup does not sit correctly after attachment, adjust its surface offset mm, position, and rotation sliders.
Adjusting Attached Position and Rotation
These sliders operate relative to the attached skin vertex.- X / Y / Z: Position offsets, measured in metres
- Pitch: Rotation around the X axis
- Yaw: Rotation around the Y axis
- Roll: Rotation around the Z axis
Use these sliders to fine-tune an attached cup. The separate cup gizmo remains independent of the skin attachment.
3. Using Cup Gizmos
Use control gizmos to position cups freely while they are detached.- Click Create Left cup control or Create Right cup control.
- Move or rotate the generated Empty using its gizmo.
ButtonDescriptionPlace Left / Right at controllerDetaches the cup and moves it to the selected gizmoReset Left / Right cupDetaches the cup, returns it to the gizmo, and resets its size and position/rotation offsets
After Detach, the cup follows its assigned gizmo. If no gizmo is assigned, it returns to its default position relative to the machine.
4. Operating the Machine
Enable Power in the Main tab. With the cups attached, increase Intensity to activate the corresponding operation and liquid effects.
OptionDescriptionPowerTurns machine operation on or offIntensityOverall operating intensityPulse HzNumber of pulse cycles per secondPulse depthAmount of variation between weaker and stronger pulsesDispenser sizeMachine body sizeRotor speed RPMRotor speed setting
Higher Pulse Hz produces faster pulses. Higher Pulse depth creates a greater difference between weak and strong phases.
The actual rotor speed is affected by both Rotor speed RPM and Intensity.
Reservoir Controls
OptionDescriptionReservoir fillTank fill level: 0 is empty, 1 is fullVisual flow ml per min per cupVisual flow rate per cupEmpty reservoirEmpties the tankTurning Power OFF preserves the liquid already in the tank. Click Empty reservoir to clear it.
5. Skin Deformation Settings
Configure these options in the Cups tab.OptionDescriptionSkin vacuumEnables or disables skin deformationVacuum depth min mmMinimum deformation depthVacuum depth max mmMaximum deformation depthVacuum response secondsTime taken to respond to the target deformationLeft / Right suction radius mmSkin deformation radius for each cup
- Increasing depth produces greater deformation.
- Increasing radius affects a wider skin area.
- A shorter response time reacts faster; a longer time reacts more gradually.
The cups do not use physical character collisions to automatically push themselves away from the skin. If clipping occurs, adjust their attachment position.
6. Hose Settings
Use the Cables tab.OptionDescriptionLeft / Right hose length mLength of each hoseHose radius mmHose thicknessHose segmentsNumber of hose simulation segmentsHose dampingHow strongly hose motion is dampedHose gravityStrength of gravityHose curve correctionAmount of curve correctionCup hose straight length mmStraight section length at the cup connectorTank hose straight length mmStraight section length at the tank connectorHose primitive collisionsCollisions with sphere, capsule, and box collidersShow hose segmentsDisplays simulation segments for inspection
Increasing Hose segments creates finer simulation divisions but also increases processing cost. Start with the default value and raise it only if needed.
If a hose is too tight, increase its length. If it hangs too loosely, adjust its length or gravity.
7. Liquid and Appearance Settings
Use the Visual tab.Visibility and Opacity

Higher values are more opaque.
Turning Liquid visible OFF hides the liquid effects and pauses automatic reservoir filling.

- Spray depth offset mm: Adjusts the depth of the spray origin
- Spray origin radius mm: Adjusts the radius over which the spray originates
8. Audio Settings
Use the Audio tab to adjust overall audio and individual sound categories.OptionDescriptionAudio enabledEnables or disables all audioMaster volumeOverall volumeAudio full volume distance mDistance within which sound remains at full volumeAudio maximum distance mMaximum audible distance
Each category has separate volume and pitch controls.
CategorySoundRotorMachine rotationTank streamLiquid flowing into the tankCup spraySpray inside the cupsSurface dropsDrops landing on the liquid surfaceEmpty tank dropsDrops landing in an empty tank
The default pitch is 1. Lower values produce a lower pitch; higher values produce a higher pitch.
Audio is spatialized around the machine, tank, and cups. Playback changes with operating intensity and liquid state.
Check Audio status for loading information. If loading encounters a problem, click Retry audio loading.
9. Stopping and Saving a Scene
- Stop the machine → Power OFF
- Release skin attachments → Detach Left / Right
- Empty the tank → Empty reservoir
- Mute audio only → Audio enabled OFF
After loading, allow time for the character and machine to become ready. If Power was ON when saved, operation may resume after loading. Save with Power OFF if you want the scene to start idle.
10. Troubleshooting
Cups Will Not Attach
- Confirm that the correct Person is selected.
- Wait for the character to finish loading.
- Click Attach Left nipple / Attach Right nipple again.
- Check Main → Status for a message.
Moving the Gizmo Does Not Move an Attached Cup
Skin attachment and gizmo positioning are independent.- To adjust an attached cup, use X / Y / Z / Pitch / Yaw / Roll.
- To move it freely, click Detach, then use the gizmo.
Liquid Is Missing or the Tank Does Not Fill
- Confirm that Power is ON.
- Check that Intensity is greater than 0.
- Confirm that a cup is attached.
- Enable Liquid visible.
- Check that Visual flow ml per min per cup is greater than 0.
- Allow time for liquid to travel through the hose and reach the tank.
No Sound Is Playing
- Check Audio enabled, Master volume, and the individual category volumes.
- Check Power and Intensity.
- Move close enough to the sound source.
- Check Audio status for loading information.
Quick Start
Add the plugin to an Empty → Position the machine → Select a Person → Attach the cups → Adjust position and size → Turn Power ON → Adjust Intensity
