Plugins Person Transparency - With Alpha Masks

It's at least now only involving one resource, this plugin. I still think there's some room for simplifying it down, perhaps as a more dedicated plugin just for alpha textures, rather than being combined with all the other transparency options. I'm still considering doing something like that, but I'm happy enough with it for my use case for now, with my end goal there being that I can simply apply a clothing item, such as a leg prosthesis, and have that auto-load this plugin, such that simply applying appearances can effect transparency changes appropriate for the appearances' clothing. I can't believe that was so complicated up until now.
