NaturalGaze replaces stiff look-at targets with organic visual behavior.


✨ Features​

  • 🧠 Smart Target Switching: Dynamically glances between the target's eyes, head, or hips using weighted random selection.
  • 👀 Eyes-Only Glances: Characters occasionally look with just their eyes without moving their head.
  • ⚖️ Head Inertia & Easing: Eliminates sudden snaps; the head follows targets with natural acceleration and deceleration.
  • 💓 Micro-Movements: Subtle procedural noise keeps the character looking alive even when staring.
  • 🔀 Secondary Targets: Add scene atoms (props, cameras) as secondary gaze directions.
  • 🎬 Timeline Friendly: Automatically pauses when external animations or manual drags take control, then smoothly resumes. Includes dedicated Trigger actions.

🛠️ Quick Start​

  1. Add NaturalGaze.cs to a Person atom.
  2. Select a Character to look at in the UI.
  3. Adjust weights and speeds to customize the behavior.
