This is the original Movement Helper plugin that was made by @physis . I claim no ownership or authorship. I'm just packaging it up for use as a VAR and reference.

Can be used on figures, Empty Atoms, Lights, CUA, shapes, etc. Just make sure to enable physics for the object.

Wow. After 4 years of VAM gameplay I decided to really embrace older plugins. I went balls deep on movement helper, or "movementhelper" with google dork search. Physis, the original builder, is/was a coder that created this so long ago it was released on reddit. People like Physis and VaM_LO laid the backbone for creators like Cheese and Stopper. Thank you Physis! And thank you Dragontales packing this must have plugin as a var and including the UI instructions, tips, and FAQ. If you took the time to read this far please download and do a deep dive on this awesome plugin. If you love random, immersive interaction in VR this is your Golden Ticket. Hot Damn!
