Each object is scaled to ingame units and have uniform origin locations (bottom left corner with the exception of joiners and pillar). This makes alignment a sinch with the dimensions of each asset listed in its name. Joiners are there to help disguise texture tiling between walls or can be used to add complexity to the architecture or you know....whatever you want really.
