This is the VR version, Desktop uses should download my Desktop version instead to avoid duplication.
I designed a separate scene for both VR and desktop, as the VR version has a hidden collision trigger to start the animation, and the animation plays on different objects in each.
Designed as seated VR experience to move in the scene with controllers. The animation won't line up if you move your head too much or walk around.
This is my take on the Greek mythical character Medusa with custom made morphs, textures and normal maps.
Medusa's Head Piece - a fairly low poly clothing item as an array of cloth simmed snakes modelled and textured myself. (Reset the sim collisions if the snakes get tangled.)
I went with a black and orange viper style to go with the orange eye colour.
Parts from the normal map for dercruz926’s snake model on sketchfab (cc licenced) to save modelling the scales.
I also created four "snake bump" morphs on top of the head to make the snakes writhe around a little in the animation.

I created a fake new water surface using a custom textured cylinder and adjusted the alpha and shader queue to cover the lilies. I also blocked off the back wall with a textured cube.
The water swirl and fountains are my textures on built in shapes, and the motion is achieved with
The mist and magic particles are from
The statue armour and boots are my own creation with just the normal map added to cut down on the texture load, because it's stone.

I have made my own version of this for the futa release because I liked it so much. It's not a direct copy, I had to go the long way round for it. I could have uploaded my version to the female clothing too, but I wanted to give https://hub.virtamate.com/members/immyneedscake.8066/ the love.
Thanks to WeebUVR for the gens morph, and geo
AcidBubbles for timeline
AshAuryn for the and expressions and pose
klphgz for the standing Pose
Hunting-Succubus for the eye reflection
NoStage3 and ICannotDie for the hair conversion on the statue
Theuf for the hair under the snakes
An extra special thank you to ky1001 https://hub.virtamate.com/members/ky1001.3192/ who's plugin adjustments helped me make the transformation animation more comfortable in VR.

Any Requests?
What would people like to see next. Clothing or looks wise. I'm up for a challenge. Characters with a bit of artistic leeway are better. I'm not great at celebrities. I've done it a few times, but spending too long staring into the uncanny valley is a bit unnerving. Any ideas welcome.
