-main drawback/issue by design: there are total of 9 lights (all ForcePixel=bypass light limiter) with shadows,
not all of them are intended to be toggled "on", still anything higher then 4+ with shadows can drain frames
-If you have frame drops with 2 characters, switching 3 neon lights to ForceVortex can help (you will lose quality)
