Not sure what you mean for a restrained version.
This is an old scene and was adapted into the NEXT template, where you can control the size and have a lot more options.

I just wish it was updated, like the Milf Bath was recently.
-More underligned interactive object (specialy for VR)
-And dub, this scene would be way more immersive with some sweet dubs for the lady, even AI from elevenslab would do the trick..
