The model includes the outfit shown in the above screenshot. It's all VAM clothing except for the weapons and hair which are CUA for better accuracy. The hair has physics applied so that it moves nicely in motion.
The scene has all of these applied but they can be toggled off by clicking on the Mouse Pointer icon and navigating to the "CUA - Junker Queen" nodes and unticking the On box there.
Update 1.1 - Now available to all. Resource updated with Hub-hosted .var.
