Important Note
I sorted the music into different Unity assetbundle vars based on his original "AllMusicFiles.txt" that lists a majority of his songs:
There are some songs that can be in more than one genre and I noticed that some from the original list have been adjusted to another genre on his website or vice versa. I moved those songs to that genre so they also would be fuller to justify an assetbundle for them.
How to listen to songs before downloading the Unity assetbundle VAR?
Incompetech.com puts some of their best royalty free music on their website to download individually as an mp3. The easiest way to preview this genre is to go to their website and sort by genre and a majority of the songs should be in the list except for possibly a few that cross genre's based on his original txt list.

Why Incompetech?
I was working on a project and had concerns about using music that wasn't royalty free in it and wanted to find some royalty free music so I wouldn't have any problems in the future with it. I searched Reddit and found posts from over 10+ years ago recommending Incompetech to filmmakers, artists, etc. I listened to a lot of songs and found a lot I liked and that worked in my scene and created a playlist that included songs from multiple genres. Overall he's just an amazing musician and artist and I think it's a good place to start if you're looking for Royalty-Free Music in your scene or project.
Why Unity assetbundle VARS?
Assetbundles are faster to add to a scene for creators, have 10-50x faster loading times for end users, and are easier to move from scene to scene if you develop a combination you like and want to try out on other scenes. They can also be played with a randomizer like LogicBricks RandomSoundFromAB and can be used as background music in a coffee shop scene, diner scene, club scene, etc. By converting them to VARS it helps reduce duplicates for users that already have it on VAM as VAM has a VAR tracking system that scans for what you already have.
How do I recommend using music assetbundles?
There are a lot of different ways you could use this. One way I would recommend is on your AudioSource add the plugin MacGruber LogicBricks RandomSoundFromAB (playlist) or SoundFromAB (individual song). I like to use Acid Bubbles Keybindings plugin to duplicate the AudioSource atom and rename it MusicSource so I have a separate one for music. Duplicating it retains it's location and can help you have separate control just for it and avoid future Sub Scene merge issues.
Load the assetbundle on that by searching Addon Packages for "VamEssentials" and/or the assetbundle name. Click Add by Filter and it will add all tracks or select the individual track you want. Click the Test Trigger button to begin triggering it to listen to songs in your scene. You can then click x to remove any songs you don't want in the playlist. If you like it, create a button that triggers it to start/stop playing in your scene. By putting it on the AudioSource or MusicSource you can then create a Sub Scene that has the MusicSource and buttons to load your playlist on multiple scenes for your personal use or testing.
