Added more detail for transitions and some advanced stuff

Did another pass over the tutorial, mostly focused on extending the section explaining "Transitions".
Also added quick mentioning of "Intermediate Points" and "One-Way Transitions" in the advanced section.

Added a Best-Practices section

I have added a Best-Practices section as well as fixed some typos.
