Assets Handcuffs WIP

An excellent resource, however inside this resource is another asset bundle containing a leather collar and cuff. The physics on this are excellent and are so far the only resource that I have found that actually allows it to placed around another object and for the physics to work correctly.

I just released an improved version, but this served as an excellent starting point.
