Nothing much to say about this cloth, the title is self explanatory I think. 
I wanted to give Stopper's new "Static Clothing" plugin a try.
So all credit go to him for making customizable static clothing like this possible!
Please give me feedback how it behaves and if it works as intended.
If it does, I'll probably update my previous clothing (Beanie, cap, etc.) with Stopper's plugin to be way easier to customize.
