This is a good plugin. But the original problem is not in the settings.
The problem is not in the hardware. I have a powerful computer, but still low FPS. Also, I don't think those who make heavy 3d models are to blame. When I have 14 fps in VAM, the video card is only 35% loaded. The problem would be in the computer if the video card was loaded by 90-100%.

The problem for you most likely is your CPU is holding you back if the your GPU is only at 35% load. VAM biggest bottleneck is single core speed. Things to try, switch off hyperthreading for intel. You need the full speed of a single thread for the main loop

This is a must have plugin.

Many creators like to set the hair multiplier to an absurd level, which makes it look good, but the game unplayable.

Really useful, makes it easy to edit the settings all in one place. Probably a must have especially if you don't have the latest and greatest CPU/GPU.
