Question about that tattoo? Is it hard to add it to any other girl? How to do it?

It's not hard at all. It's just a .PNG with transparent background so you can use the torso decal slot in Skin Textures to add it to a model. Or use the DecalMaker plugin. Unfortunately I can't share the tattoo here as it's copyrighted but if you ask around I'm sure you'll be able to find something similar.
