Its a great room mate ,just that the FPS is low caused by the asset.

haha,Yes, some of my collection are small, the material and bake is lesser, the fidelity is not so high, but the size is small,I usually use small assets in my scene.

Nice room, but peeking through a window reveals that the wall is missing here. And how about an entrance?

Many assets are like this, It can reduce the material to improve FPS, and also can see inside room to editi scene if you need to block the view，you can add VAM built-in cube or image.
