Not an alternative to MacGruber supershot.
Press F1 to hide your Ui, press "imp" key on your keyboard, press "CTRL+V"into your image editor and voilà, "screenshot" with your bloom, Fov effect(s) (paint, gimp, PS). But if you are super lazy you can use this indeed, for small scenes, cause i think it have large performance issue, if there's a lot of character on your scene it may be dangerous :)
