After a very close preliminary stage, Chel carried the momentum through to the finals where she took on Lunaris and Tali. It was high scores all round but Chel ended with a comfortable lead over the two to take the in!
It's back to back models by Mavixtious (thanks to them!). Chel has been in the polls before so it was nice to see them finally get the win. It was quite a straightforward port with a simple outfit. These types of models do transfer over well to VAM so I hope you like this one too!
