Added video guide to Instructions section

Updated the Instructions section and added a video showing how to set up CamRide.

Minor update to correct start state

A minor fix to correct the start state of CamRide to off. This makes the initial setup more intuitive because there's no longer a need to toggle it off then on again to get started.
