Dependency Fix

A quick update to clean up references. I've eliminated the non-hub-hosted VARs, so this should get a hub hosted tag (EDIT: it worked!) The list is still pretty long, but at least I've gotten it down to the actual necessities.

Thanks to ZRSX's guide on packaging like a pro to get me on the right track.
