This will make it look like female genitals are vibrating.
Note: This also works well with the Auto Labia plugin

Using It
Add this to a Person atom.
Open the UI. Tune to your liking.
Automating It
All of the options in the plugin configuration screen are exposed as float params, booleans and stuff.
You could animate changes to these parameters with Timeline or something.
