This is a remix I did of the talented Shadow Venom's Elsa! I was originally going to make a character for the Chinese New Year event but due to IRL stuff missed the cut off! I was originally going for a Chinese feeling, but Shadow Venom told me she looked more South Korean, which also celebrates. So you can decide your own headcanon!
