Plugins + Scripts Synergy

Download [<1 MB]
Synergy is a plugin that can create random animations based on a variety of parameters.

At its core, Synergy has the notion of steps and modifiers. Each step can contain one or more modifiers, which are used to drive certain parameters such as forces on a rigidbody or morph values. A step has a duration, which is used to synchronise the modifiers. Once the duration has elapsed, Synergy moves on to the next step.

There is a simple example in Saves/scene/SynergyExamples. It runs for about a minute before looping.

See Getting started on the wiki [github.com] for more information.

Example of a rigidbody modifier:

Great plugin! Ability to add multiple modifiers that control same forces and toggle them on demand (and make them sync with whatever you want, and have option to have randomized values) makes if very flexible. For example, you could have hip moving forward with each thrust, but also moving forward at the same time as a part of a longer animation. Very powerful!

I can only agree with @Treee6 on this. It really is the most underrated plugin here. It's the secret plugin that nobody seems to know about or use. You can do anything with this plugin, create a complex movement and give it randomness. I couldn't have lived without this plugin, thanks to via5 for this gem.

Most underrated plugin ever! Makes so many other plugins and components obsolete. Very easy to create complex procedural movements with the possibility of syncing everything.
