This package now contains Alpha, Decal, Main and Sim textures in dedicated folders. The textures are FC - free content (unless stated otherwise) and apply to the clothes in the list below. I do not share anything else besides the textures listed.
Instructions:
- On the respective clothing options, add it to Textures > _AlphaTex
- If it's a decal it goes in Textures > _DecalTex
- Main goes in Textures > _MainTex
- Sim is in Textures > _SimTex
- Save it as a clothing preset to be easily available

About collision and rips
A alpha handles transparency but it does not change the clothes "fabric", there's no real rip.
Luckily penis and clothing colliders are not super tough and penetration can happen reasonably well. If that's what you're worried about, you're good ?
