• Happy Holidays Guest!

We want to announce that we will be working at reduced staffing for the holidays. Specifically Monday the 23rd until Jan 2nd.

This will affect approval queue times and responses to support tickets. Please adjust your plans accordingly and enjoy yourselves this holiday season!

  • Hi Guest!

Please be aware that we have released a critical security patch for VaM. We strongly recommend updating to version 1.22.0.7 using the VaM_Updater found in your installation folder.

Details about the security patch can be found here.

Morph Recorder

This plugin will let you choose a few morphs that you would like to record on the built-in VaM Scene Animation.

Creators who like motion capture will be able to be able to use this plugin to allow armed-for-recording workflow to record morphs.

This does NOT have any relation to the Timeline plugin which has it's own way to record "float parameters"

Usage
  • Add ADD_ME.cslist to a Person
  • Open plugin UI
  • Choose a morph you would like to track on the animation timeline
  • A HIDDEN atom has now been created with the morph name in it. Make sure you select "show hidden" to see it
  • Move the special atom atom along the X axis (red arrow direction) between 0 and 1 in the world space will be mapped percentage to the morph value.
  • The hidden atom is what is actually recorded in the animation.
  • To record, arm the empty atom for recording and drag it along the X asis as desired.
  • If you change the morph value by some other way, the atom will also move proportion.
