I started the substance painter program, I think I will quit before I start. Now my problem is that
I want to paint the genital area and the hips section at the same time, but it is not possible or I do not know. If anyone can help, I would be very happy. For example

Substance painter program is great in general, but fixing seams work mush better in Blender. There is a setup that work, but it very slow compare blender.

Examining your screenshot i think your main problem is a setup problem regarding the several textures for a character. See for example this ressource for a template:

Painting over seams is very easy within Substance Painter. You can also paint directly in the 3d view on the left so you wouldn't even recognize seams and the uv layout, although painting on the 2d map also paints over seams when the setup is correct.

Please, name your post properly for people to both find them, and answer to them. Thank you.

There is only this option for the section you mentioned, but even though I select it, it does not separate the channels.

Your version is too old. The feature is 5 years old, so you need a version after that. I was surprised because i thought that was a very core feature of SP and even the reason it was made in the first place, but obviously i was wrong.

This is the current dialog (you would need something like "draw across border"):

Thank you. May I know which version you are using? I don't want to download the wrong version

I am using the current version 11.03. - it is updating automatically because i bought it on steam (i hate the adobe subscription model).

Google says (so you need this version or higher):

"Substance Painter added the ability to draw across UV tiles (UDIMs) in its version 2020.2.0 (6.2.0), released in July 2020. This update introduced a new UV Tile workflow, allowing artists to paint seamlessly across multiple tiles, use higher-resolution textures, and gain precise control with features like the UV Tile Mask. Now I downloaded a different version, but I have a problem. I can't distribute the textures from body to body. Can you help me with that? By the way, thank you very much to you and also to all of you guys.

You can assign fill layers to the specific sets.

sb_udim_assign.jpg

- create a fill layer and assign the texture to it
- (red 1) click the square of the layer (geometry mask)
- (red 2) then click the specific uv set you want (1001 is the face, 1002 torso and so on)
- do this for all textures like face, torso, limbs, gen
