I needed to delete VAM for a while, but wanted to save the config, lists of addons downloaded etc

Is there a file or some online save where it saves a list of all the stuff I had, and then by the time I downloaded VAM back and plug in the file, it automatically downloads everything on the list?
Or anything like that, in terms of helping retrieving all the things I had in the current copy.
(Ofc a hand written/documented lists of every thing does not count, since it is doable but very, very not efficient)

Why not copy it to an external disk to later come back to it without having to download everything again (if even possible)?
Local external storage is cheap.
