Question Atom Spawning and Saving

When you spawn New Unity Custom Atom, atom spawns in the standard place (0,0,0 current scene)
Is there a plugin that changes the spawn of the new unity custom atom in the hand of person or change se standart place?
And how to Save New Unity custom atom as in the standard menu so as not to spawn it every time?

Doubt there is a plugin that changes the root location, but you can try searching.
I don't understand your second question.

I want spawn Custom Unity Atom and save it on Category so that atom is always at hand

You mean to add something in the built-in "add atom" list? You can't.
