As for the .var package, I also struggle to create one. My trick (which is not a good way to work lol) is to take an existing .var and copy the same folders from the thing I need to package and replace the folders in the existing .var
Yeah, ideally (and hopefully) we get the full model ported. But since there is other ported D.va models out there, I figured we'd only need the outfit and use it on these models, which is why I was really interested in this user's outfit

Yeah, there's plenty of good models out there of D.va for VAM. There're actually three states of the outfit, normal, half exposed, and full exposed. Also, the hair is part of it. The only real difference between the body in the blender model and in vam is the nipples and the pubic hair and eye color options I threw in.
