Highlighted nodes that are along with what you have highlighted to click, makes it double select both in sequence. Might have to use the very needed MouseControlOverhaul as well.

A small UI thing to correct:

Option boxes are at the bottom and will be cut off from view.
Perhaps reposition this kind of items or add something else after them like some text and spacing.

I'll fix that in the next update. Or maybe remove it altogether.

Sorry, could you explain that again? I don't understand what you're saying.

If another atom is in front of what you try to select (while the one in front is highlighted), it selects the atom in front first, and then they one you click.
