You know the old way. Model a tail in Blender. Rig it bone by bone. Export FBX. Build an AssetBundle in Unity 2018. Smuggle it...

This sounds AND IS amazing, but I was hoping for a very unique user case---having the option for the tentacles to appear on the back of the character, instead of replacing the bottom.

I'm currently working on a dedicated tentacle play plugin.
