VaM 1.x UI buttons disappear after deleting the AddonPackages

Recently, I noticed my AddonPackages folder was getting massive, so I decided to just delete everything inside to clean things up. Turns out, the whole setup crashed right after that.
When I re-launch VAM, all the UI buttons in every scene are totally gone. Check the attached image, even the scene background is missing. Any scene that relies on those UI buttons to activate is completely broken.
I tried completely reinstalling VAM, download all Dependencies, but the issue still there.

I recently switched my graphics card (VGA) from NVIDIA to AMD. I'm 100% sure things were stable right before I deleted the addon files. But I’m adding this because maybe the AMD drivers are now clashing with something post-deletion? Any ideas? Please help!

TLDR:AddonPackages too heavy -> Deleted contents -> UI Buttons (and background) missing in VAM -> Reinstall didn't fix it. I might be on AMD drivers now. HELP!

Vam has standard files (scenes and whatever else) and they are located in the addonapackages, too.
Not sure if you need all this but these are the the basic files in addonpackages folder for me, that I configured out for my needs.

I'm starting with a black screen, too but you can choose a start scene whatever you wish in the scene window.

Deleting things without understanding the impact is a recipe for disaster. I hope you are more careful next time.

What doesn't work? What should we be (or not) seeing in the screenshot? Where's your VAM folder located in your disk?

Reinstalling VAM to fix problems will not fix missing var files. Buttons not appearing, or backgrounds broken means they were relying on potentially other plugins (like VAMStory).
Ensure you have all the required dependencies. var files are here for a reason
