Skynet submitted a new resource:

Tentacles Bundle - Support for bodylanguage, Pose snapping for timeline!

- Finally after a ton of testing & re-building them from scratch i finally managed to make everything work great :D, was gonna release them as paid asset at first but that defies the whole purpose of it being available to other creators to make scenes with so here we go

- Comes with 4 variants (more on the way):
- Loop variant for holding hands & legs
- Simple variant for caress or Oral
- Beaded variant for Anal
- Penis Variant For pretty much any hole you cram it into (can adjust...

Hi! Cool stuff, but you might want to be more specific about how to set this up. You gave no explanation but a demo scene, so my guess is your intention was that we look at the demo and just do by-example.
And so I did. I loaded your CUA, added Stopper's plugin, made sure parameters are identical within plugins, checked if springs are identical to yours in my active or passive nodes and here is what I got:
https://mega.nz/file/3JxAgCqa#3idE5uSdfL8Bj3MT6RF7oVhe9h_ZKfAuTqztsyGwJsg
My custom tentacle is the one with tip facing upwards. And it works like shit - it glitches with every movement. Yours, as demonstrated in the demo, works fine, I would be able to freely animate it one way or another. So there is something missing and I would like to know what. And of course you can't just copy this as a CUA preset because Stopper's plugin glitches out, unlike the other CUA node generator on the Hub.

hey! I'll explain in detail what you need to do in my next post, along with a plugin that turns state rot & location ON for all the needed controllers in the scene at once. will post it soon.

Skynet updated Tentacles Bundle with a new update entry:

New tutorial scene + small QoL plugin

- Added a new extra scene that has a text tutorial written on a UI text panel, also added a small quality of life plugin in the scene plugins tab that auto turns ON the state of every controller that needs to be on Timeline which would save a lot of time and repetitive tasks

- You can switch back to the demo scene after reading the text tuto and see how everything is layed out

- Forgot to tell! there's a few bonus items in the scene that is also allowed for commercial use, of which are the...

Hello ! First, wanna say this is awesome ! I am having a little trouble though (please excuse my ignorance as I'm new to VAM). The first time I ran the package the scene loaded up fine and played the demo normally, but after installing vamx it seemed to have broken the demo, so I deleted everything and did a fresh vam install and re-downloaded this package, downloaded all dependencies for it, and still having the same issue where all of the tentacles are just straight up in the air, even after going g to the tutorial scene first then loading the demo. Getting a whole page of errors in the log. Do you have a discord where I could perhaps find some help on resolving the issue ? I am trying to learn the software would be nice to have some people to talk to about it and learn from !

Hi,thanks! I've made it to work on the regular Vam, i haven't tested it on VamX version, you can join the official Vam's Discord there are plenty of active people there that can answer all kinds of questions you might have.

I modified the scene a bit. I have a var, if anyone wants it.

on the color i used blazedust and that worked as well. But on to my question .....I have played around with them and got them working really nice so i love it. But you said not to leave the CUA's off on a scene save? So if i am reading this right i Can't have them off to appear from a portal half way through a scene if i need them off at the begining and on and then off again later right? Maybe i can hide them under a bed or something ....hmmm Man i really want to use them in my scene i have in my head , however i,m not sure i can do it the way i would like

yep these ones use stopper's plugin which has this problem, you'll lose all keyframes from timeline if you save the scene while the atom is disabled

to counter this just hide it somewhere instead of turning it off completely

Ok that's what i thought.. Thanks Skynet

np, this isn't a problem in Bone Control plugin but it can only control one controller per plugin instance and these tentacles have 3 kinematic points so it won't work properly. Puppeteer on the other hand will be compatible but i haven't yet added functionality to account for atom disable or asset name set to none on scene saving, it'll be added in v2 update
