If you know how to use a subscene, make a subscene including the UI panel in the demo scene

And load UI panel subscene in other scenes

For the other way, check the trigger in the UI panel in the demo scene,
and add the new ui panel and trigger in the other scene

You can make horse dick assets and replace dick.assetbundle, but it's not easy

Check the use merge load

If you still fail, check the 'current depth' plugin setting in the demo scene and manually add the 'current depth' plugin and setting in the other scene

Great, I didn't realize that plug-in preset can also be merge loaded as clothing did. It worked. Thank you!
