Added an audio file via scene as head audio to an atom.

But now it sounds like that the head audio is on both atoms now? How can I choose to play this audio on just one atom?

Head audio is only for characters.
When you add an audio file, it can be played from anywhere, characters or audiosources.
You're the one choosing where to play it from. Consider the scene audio as simply a "library".

Ah, I thought atoms are characters?

Yes, I have added the audio as scene and put it as "Headaudiosource" with audiomate. The headaudio is working but if i embody the other character the headudio is there, too without attached audio mate?

"Atom" is the fancy word meshed came up with for "entity" or "object". Anything, in a scene is an atom. An empty, a light, a CUA, they all are atoms.

I'm not sure I understand that sadly. Could you rephrase it?

I have 2 character. Only one of them has audiomate.

But the heartbeat sound is audible in the whole scene and I also hear it in first person (a bit louder then) on the character without audiomate?

You gotta understand the concept of audiosources.

They are producing sounds. So you will hear them no matter what. It's not like a "I'm playing in head audio source of character one then I'll only hear it when possessing"... this has nothing to do with your point of view, they are audio source, producing sounds.

If you want only a specific sound from a specific perspective, you need to script this based on the player's interaction when swapping point of views.

Ok thought i can mute the other sounds somewhere and only keep the head audio on one person. Then I need triggers?

Yup. Pretty much all your scripting relies on triggers : )
