How can I delete custom gifs from a var file? I want to replace some pictures and moving gifs on a monitor asset.

VAR is a zip file created for use in VaM with content of any sort, while a CUA is a Unity created asset.

If you need to edit a VAR:

If you need to edit a CUA you need to use Unity and look up online how that could work.

Ty for your guide. It's an assetbundle does that mean I need Unity? Do I still need the 2018 Unity version? According to this guide: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/unity-assetbundles-for-vam-1-xx.167/

And which pic size I need for replacing the gifs?

To make Unity assets (CUA) you need Unity.

I have no idea about what gifs you're refering to.

The file is a var including the assetsbundles.

thought the moving pictures on the assets are gif's, sorry.

You could always just place an image panel directly in front of the monitor and play your own video files from it.
