Started my scene again from scratch. Will update this post to reflect updates. Its more for me to keep tabs on myself and motivate myself lol.
8/26: Environment, models, anim 1 done, anim 2 underway
8/27: Added more to anim 1, anim 2 worked on
8/29: Worked some more on anim 2. Hope to finish it next session. Taking a few days off for the weekend so no updates.
9/2: Finished anim 2, the bj, started on anim 3
Next: Finish Anim 3, Start Anim 4

Future To-Do: Menu, triggers, keybinds, clothing presets, lighting, plugins, sounds, set each sex animation to have ending loops through different variations
Aiming to work on it for at least 3 weeks, but that is a minimum, could be longer. At release I'm hoping to have at least 6 animations, plan on adding more after release. Definitely putting a good amount of work into this, but its more of a practice run to get better at animation.

Would be nice if more creators would maintain some kind of blog or wip history. Cool that you do! I am in the same boat as you, working full time and trying to create the first ressources. I am intrigued what you will come up with, good luck and fun on your journey!

One suggestion: i see that you use the plugin to get timeline on a 3d plane (or is it VR?) - i did use that before, but for me it was a hassle to reposition it. You could check out CustomUI-PanelResizer by 14mhz, you can undock and resize timeline so it is easer to work on the keyframes, it is a game changer.

Someone asked me for some before/after photos on the models I'm updating, so here you go:

Most of the tweaks I have been making are to smooth out things that look unnatural. I'm big on trying to make these models look as real as possible, and as I've been going back through the models I've noticed a lot of things that looked good at the time, but upon revisiting there are a lot of weird things going on. I'll put some before and after photos on a few of the threads so y'all can see what I mean, since I can't put photos here.

Feeling good about my first post. I put a lot of work into it so I hope you guys enjoy. I spent some time practicing making scenes as well, have something small as a WIP, though it may take at least a few weeks to come out. I work full time so VAM is more of a hobby I do on my free time. I'm a big fan of camrides and keybinds to progress scenes, over a menu, so I'll definitely be implementing those. Plan on doing more looks of just regular looking girls too.

Same here, i am working on my first scenes, but because it takes so long, i do a lot of sidequests like tattoos, looks, skins. But still so much time needed to get something finished.

UPDATE about VaM 1 content
I'm no longer creating content for Vam 1 due to personal health issues that have been affecting me slowly, and because of that, it is very hard for me to explain the issue openly online.

My FREE content will stay up, and my PC/Patreon store content will stay up as well.

Your scene is absolutely master-level—please bring us more! It's unbelievable that a newcomer can create scenes matching the quality of VAMSOY, ALP, or PRIME MOCAP. Keep it up!
