Just read the rules, bummer. Maybe it can be hosted elsewhere, not on the hub? Odd rule in my opinion but i understand their decision. Thanks for all the content you give this community!

I get same problem sometimes, unity crashes when I try to open my project. I found solution that worked for me - go to "you project folder\Packages\" make a copy of "manifest.json" file and delete original json.
