Would you wait for quest 3 or get a pico 4/quest 2 now?

I am going to be using it mostly for vam..
There are some great deals on the latter (especially 2nd hand), but am interested is how Quest 3 will improve the Vam experience.. What would you do?

I have a Pico 4, a device I enjoy a lot.
From the little I've seen about the Q3, I don't think you'd have that much a difference from a Pico 4. The passthrough might be better as it's a dual camera, compared to the single color camera in the Pico, however, this is a nice thing to have and play but I don't expect it to be a dealbreaker.
If I didn't have any VR headset I would buy the pico 4 now and not wait 4 months for something that may just give something slightly better. I will definitely not buy a Q3 when I have a Pico 4.
If you're already invested in stuff from the Oculus Store because of a Quest 1 or Rift you own, then waiting may be suitable to continue to use the platform.
