I've noticed there are no ball joint dolls out here, and after a few days of attempting to convert other peoples work into VAM (which didn't work due to the way VAM does clothing/morphs).

I tried a few different attempts at creating one, and this is my most successful. I've attached a gif of it on a girl from a reign-mocap dance for demonstration.

It uses an updated CUAClothing plugin, the HideSkinByMask plugin, and the InternalClothingFix plugin. As well as a ball joint model from SquarePeg3D (which they say is free to use).

What I don't have is great textures for it, I'll probably throw something together, but I'm sure someone else could do a better job if they want to collaborate. Additionally, I'm doing the modeling atm, but if someone would like to take what I have and make it look a little better, that would be cool as well as it's not the cleanest.

I've got OBJ and blender files for the elbow, and the ball joint, and I'll be working on more joints as well, I'll probably find a free to use texture and add that as well to things.

I got the Elbow and Shoulders done as basics, but there are issues when in motion I'll have to figure out.

Some more motion demonstration thanks to a MK47 animation

It's coming along well, but any advice about the bits and pieces showing through would be nice. Trying to keep part of it raised off the skin is giving me trouble, you can see the ball clipping through, especially in the shoulder, I might have to recut the shoulder and remove more of the armpit.

So far, I'm disabling all the spectral light because I'm too lazy to make those textures while I'm still messing around with shapes, so I've only been baking the diffuse ones.
