What is this Virt-a-Mate / VaM thing?

I think this page should have an obvious link/page somewhere explaining in a few sentences what VaM is and where you get it. Ideally also explaining the different tiers, etc.
Currently, if you are a new user, you will have NO idea what this is about.

If there is such a thing already, I did not see it....meaning its not obvious enough

You have lots of excellent material for this (though your very first one was excellent because it did not show only the _result_, it was showing the interactivity which is important)
