Question What is this? Can't move some Objects

Can someone tell me, what this is?

I have here for example the BeatIt demo scene.

Some Objects, like the AptSpeaker can be move around.
Others had no Gizmo first, so I enabled Allow Possess/Grab.
But when I move it then, it only draws a line, but doesn't move.

Yes, they were locked

When unlocked, it works as it should

Had this phenomen already a while ago in a scene, and had no idea whats going on
