We need an animated rat CUA

With all these creepy basements and dungeons, I think we need an animated rat CUA to scurry about giving the place some atmosphere. I'm not talking about rodents of unusual size, or Master Splinter, just a sewer rat that can scurry about, maybe pause and nibble something like a spare toe or something.
