My lip makeup issue was a settings thing. Don't know what my settings were on before (must have been low), but this is what I saw: (left=makeup, right=none)

Then I went to mid or higher on the "Quick Quality Settings" and both look great.

Ah, thanks for the info, I thought I had made a mistake with the lips preset.
