Very slow download speed

I'm downloading a scene with a lot of resources, everything has been going at normal speed, but suddenly everything is downloading very slowly. A single 60MB file is already taking over 15 minutes, and it hasn't even reached halfway through the progress. Is there some kind of limit on downloads and is the speed restricted?

Sometimes the Hub (or its CDN) has just a hickup, try again 5 minutes later

Saint66 is correct. The hub has no transfer limit and doesn't deliberately throttle download speed.

When this happens, I just exit out of Vam and try again. Most of the time, it get better right away.
