Question VaM with PSVR and no Touch controllers

Hello, I just connected my old psvr to my new PC and it works ok with TrinusPSVR but i just cant figure out how can control anything in vr mode.
The problem is,I do not have any Touch controller, I have only keyboard and mouse and a ps4 and ps5 controllers.
I even cant pass through main menu just to watch static scene, i can only see selection while I move my mouse ((
Any tips?
