VaM Produce 69 The Second DLC Expansion and the Rise of the Third Season

Scenes VaM Produce 69 The Second DLC Expansion and the Rise of the Third Season

I love this series so much, and despite so many scenarios in my vam, this is still one of my favourites to play. I expect there will be a third and fourth season in the making. The setting will maybe be a fairy forest? An amusement park?
Thank you for the production of these seasons! (y)(y)(y)

which var pacakge will fetch images from internet? There is an error when openning the scene: Could not load image at Error: Cannot connect to destination host.
This issue arises from an external link called by a native VAM television asset. If you have disabled network access for the VAM client, you will encounter this problem. I will remove it in the next version.

The theme of Season 3 is fairy tale, featuring both Western elves and Eastern Hanfu and fairies. ;)

Yo Venom. Any update on when the vr version is dropping in the hub?

This has probably been asked before but is it possible to swap the girl in this for a custom look and have it stay with that custom look inbetween dances and options?

WHY SO LONG
It will be updated in the coming days.

But to answer your question directly: first, I can't dedicate all my time full-time to a free scene. Second, each update for this scene involves as much work as creating hundreds of individual scenes.

Thank you for your hard work, author. Your dance scene creation is amazing and makes people eager to play. Please forgive our urging. I hope there will be a fourth or even fifth season. Thank you again for your efforts.

Also patiently waiting for the dedicated VR version.

I've actually already been able to enjoy this in VR to some extent (restoring unlocked free movement/camera control during dances), but only after futzing around a ton with the things controlling the camera atoms, and even then I constantly have to redo what I previously did (and risk breaking shit with my limited understanding). It's still pretty entertaining but it's also quite finicky working with the non-VR-optimized menu in this manner.

I would say also that this scene has never been particularly friendly to looks dependant on "false clothing" items due to the constant clothing preset loads/unloads, but locking said items generally keeps that from being a recurring issue every new song. Tbh I really wish I could just have these songs working via a more basic/custom mmd2timeline scene, buuuuut as they're all already converted to Timeline that ain't gonna' fly (far as I know). I have a decent-ish VMD library myself but there's a ton of awesome dances in here that I def don't have.

Anyways, don't get it twisted; I've really come around on this big honker of a scene and quite appreciate the huge amounts of effort that both has and continues to go into it. Some aspects of it feel particularly unwieldy (like forcing all the different outfits per scene) when attempting a leaner/customized experience, but at the same time they add a lot of personality.

Thank you for your suggestions! In fact, I’ve been considering something similar to what you mentioned. The scene itself has now basically taken shape in terms of content and structure, and next, I’m thinking about dividing Produce 69 into three different types of standalone scenes:

A. The desktop version, which is the version you are currently seeing.

B. The VR version, which is based on the desktop version, retains most elements and features but is optimized and customized for use in a VR environment, especially regarding performance and UI interaction methods.

C. The XR/MR, also known as the Super Lite desktop version, will be highly streamlined, essentially only retaining the dance itself for mixed reality usage scenarios. Due to its extreme simplification, it can also serve as an ultra-light desktop version.

These three versions each have their own purposes and advantages, and I believe they should be able to meet various usage needs as much as possible.

Shadow Venom updated VaM Produce 69 The Second DLC Expansion and the Rise of the Third Season with a new update entry:

1.21 Stable Release

Functional update

- When you replace the default character with your own, selecting the "The default character was replaced?" option will no longer automatically lock the hairstyle you are currently using. Instead, it will allow you to choose, through a toggle option, whether to use the hairstyle from the track preset or keep your custom hairstyle.

- The automatic memory optimization feature has been removed, and the related UI option has been changed to manual execution. This will prevent...

This package is absolutely amazing. Thank you all for your hard work, and for giving this to us for free. One small note from a very satisfied fan, though. In the Club DLC tab, the song Blackpink - Pretty Savage does not play the Blackpink song, instead it plays Aespa - Savage

Removed the note, I don't know how the bug happened, but switching back and forth between tabs has fixed the issue. This is an amazing scene, and as someone whose exposure to Kpop is limited to Blackpink, I look forward to hearing more artists, while watching pretty ladies dance around. :)
