Vam Hub Blocking access when using a VPN?

I just started getting this issue the other day where Vam hub is being blocked only when having bitdefender VPN on. When the VPN is disconnected it lets me on as normal. Any idea why this is happening?

You should ask that to the VPN provider

Yes I will, I was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue.

No VPN block here.
The VPN connection could be using another DNS-server that blocks the request to resolve hub.virtamate.com.
Can be tested by setting it to Googles 8.8.8.8 DNS server temporary.

ISPs like to use this to block access to sites. Easy to work around.

Thanks for the reply everyone. I realised that my vpn had an anti tracker activated that was blocking me from entering this site.
